The kwicPay is a digital platform, all the services offered are digital in nature and render on real-time basis. There is no physical delivery /Shipping will be provided.


You cannot cancel an order when it is in SUCCESS status, as long as the cancel option is available on App/Website/M-site.

Refund Policies

Any returned items must be in the original condition, and all the tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  1. When your Refund happen?

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days. Please allows for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
  2. Refund Method?

    Upon approval, refund will be credited will applied through original method of payment.
